This site is really helpful, I'm a student who finds it almost impossible to cook without something going wrong! This site offers easy to follow instructions and step by step pictures which is especially helpful, as most recipes on websites/recipe books only offer a few pictures, of the ingredients and end results etc but this shows pictures of how to do every step which is extremely helpful, as I always want to check what I'm doing is right (at least until I am more confident with my cooking!) xx

this is excellant! I'm a busy mum with a family who love home cooking and i struggle to come up with ideas. I hate recipes which include daft, complicated ingredients which are hard to get hold of. I've been looking for a recipe book like this for a long time but now i've found this web site. Don't change it! A big thankyou from my family!

Ummm - seems a very small collection? Was hoping for the technical side in pictures to help the kids understand.
