====== Meatloaf ====== No, there is not bloody egg in the middle. If you like hard-boiled eggs, put one in, I don't like them :-) * 1kg beef mince * 2 eggs * 6 tbsp breadcrumbs * 2 medium size cloves of garlic * fresh oregano and basil, about one tbsp each chopped up (dried if you don't have it fresh) * salt and pepper to taste * 2 tsp mustard (I like Dijon mustard) * 1 tsp chili paste * 2 grated onions * 3 cm grated ginger Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix everything together until smooth. Put in a baking form. Put into the oven for 90 @ 180 degrees. (A meatloaf half the size will be done in 45 minutes). After 3/4 of the cooking time, take out of the baking form and roast on a rack. You can also put some BBQ sauce on top of the meatloaf at this point of time.
