====== Gram Flour Pancakes ======

Ingredients:
  - 100g gram flour
  - 4g dried yeast
  - 1/2 tsp sugar
  - salt to taste
  - 1 small / 1/2 large beaten egg
  - vegetable oil to fry

Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt, and add the egg and 100ml of water. Whisk into a smooth batter.

Fry in vegetable oil.
