500g beef mince
1 egg
1 handful of breadcrumbs
3 tsp chili paste
2 tsp finely chopped ginger
2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
1 handful finely chopped parsley
1 small finely chopped onion
Mix together, form patties. If you use 75g per patty, you get 10 hamburgers out of this.
I love the kick the ginger gives them.
