Pre-heat oven to 190 celcius

Butter a muffin pan

Cut slices of bread to resemble a square 4 inches x 4 inches

Press a slice of bread lightly into a “hole” in the muffin pan so the 4 corners stick up

Bake for 3-6 minutes until the bread starts to crisp</description>

	*  125ml water
	*  125ml milk
	*  pinch of salt
	*  65g butter, cut into small pieces
	*  2 tsp caster sugar
	*  125g plain flour
	*  4 medium eggs


Put the water, milk, salt, butter and sugar into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat, add all the flour at once and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth. Put back in the hob and stir until it comes if the sides of the saucepan.</description>
