====== Meat Cake ======
My children's favourite birthday cake....

===== Ingredients =====
  * 1 kg mixed mince (beef and pork)
  * 1 onion
  * 3 cloves of garlic
  * 1 red chilli
  * 30g parsley
  * 8g salt
  * 1 g ground pepper
  * 70g cheedar cheese, cubed
  * 1 pack of puff pastry
  * 1 egg
===== Method =====
Finely chop the onion, parsely, red chilli and garlic. Mix with the mince and cheese. Add salt and pepper.

Form into a pie shape, and cover with the puff pastry (bottom, top and sides; crimp the pastry to form a seal). Put your child's age on top of the pie, and brush with egg.

Put into a 180 degree pre-heated oven, and bake for 45 minutes or until the core temperature reaches 70 degrees.

Put candles on top and light them when serving if you feel like it!
