====== Merguez ======

Not an original recipe, but my take on it.

  * 500g lamb mince
  * 1 heaped tsp chili paste
  * 3 cloves of garlic
  * one small onion, finely grated
  * 1 tsp chili powder (less if it's really hot)
  * 1 tsp oregano
  * 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
  * 1 tbsp tomato concentrate
  * salt and pepper to taste

Mix up, form into sausages, grill.
