Not an original recipe, but my take on it.
500g lamb mince
1 heaped tsp chili paste
3 cloves of garlic
one small onion, finely grated
1 tsp chili powder (less if it's really hot)
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
1 tbsp tomato concentrate
salt and pepper to taste
Mix up, form into sausages, grill.
