Greek Lamb Seekh Kebab

  • 350g lamb mince
  • 50g ginger
  • 30g garlic
  • 2 green chillies, de-seeded
  • salt
  • 25g fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp dried mint

Finely chop the ginger and garlic, the green chillies and the fresh coriander. Mix all the ingredients together and put on skewers. Best if BBQed.

Cut the rosemary into very small bits, press the garlic, mix everything together until smooth. Roll into golf-ball sized balls and put on skewers, Grill.
