Merguez
Not an original recipe, but my take on it.
- 500g lamb mince
- 1 heaped tsp chili paste
- 3 cloves of garlic
- one small onion, finely grated
- 1 tsp chili powder (less if it's really hot)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
- 1 tbsp tomato concentrate
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix up, form into sausages, grill.
