Perfect Fish Batter
If you really fancy battered fish - crispy batter, not soggy, fat-laden bready crap, try this!
- 100g wheat flour
- 100g corn flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 300ml lager beer
Mix together, add cold beer. Make sure the batter is nice and cold when you put your fish in it. Deep fry in hot oil (180 degrees) until done. Best ever!
