Asian Cabbage Salad


  • 1/2 white cabbage
  • 1 beetroot (or two small beetroot)
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander
  • 1 small red onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil
  • vinegar
  • small finger tip size grated ginger

Grate the cabbage, beetroot and onion coarsely into a bowl.

Chop the red chilli finely - remove the seeds and membrane.

Chop the coriander roughly.

Mix everything together with vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

You can also use red cabbage.
