Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 1000g baked potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 to 300g flour

Method

Bake the potatoes, scoop out the inside, and run through a ricer once or twice.

Whisk the eggs until stiff, and add to the riced potatoes with 200g of flour. If needed, add more flour.

Shape, boil, serve.
