Tsatsiki

Ingredients

  • 200g grated, squeezed cucumber
  • 200g Greek Yoghurt (Fage)
  • 4g salt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 heaped tsp dried mint
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar

Method

Grate 1/2 large cucumber, add some salt and squeeze some of the water out. Measure the weight and add the same weight in yoghurt. Add the other ingredients and mix. Let sit in the fridge for an hour and serve.
