	*  1 clove of garlic
	*  1 heaped tsp dried mint

Grate 1/2 large cucumber, add some salt and squeeze some of the water out. Measure the weight and add the same weight in yoghurt. Add the other ingredients and mix. Let sit in the fridge for an hour and serve.</description>

Mix together. Preheat oven to 220 degrees celsius. Put half a tsp of oil (or better goose fat) into each of the pudding holes of your form. Put it into the oven until the oil is fuming.</description>
