Oatmeal Crackers

Ingredients

  • 200g oatmeal
  • 400ml water
  • 40ml olive oil
  • 3g salt

Method

Put the oatmeal in a bowl and cover with 400ml boiling water. Stir, and let sit for a couple of hours until the oatmeal has absorbed the water. Add the olive oil and salt. Use a spoon to form round cookie like pats on a baking sheet. Bake at 160 degrees for 40 minutes or until dry and crunchy.
